  • Be active to stay in prime condition before you indulge into intense training. Start building your endurance by getting off the couch and adapting to an active lifestyle.   • After a week or so you can start with a little more workout that involves full body exercises such as burpees. Stand with your feet hip width apart, now take squat position with your hands flat on floor. Kick your legs backward in a press up position and lower your chest. Now, reverse the process, push your chest back and get back in squat position. Finally jump up and raise both your hands over your head.

  • Planks strengthen your core muscles, lower back, and build your shoulders in much less time. For this get in a push-up position. Bend your elbows 90 degrees and rest your weight on your forearms. Keep your body straight from head to feet and elbows directly beneath your shoulder. Hold the position for as long as you can.

  • Squats work your core muscles, thighs, buttocks and hips. For squats, stand with your legs hip width apart and then crouch down as if you are sitting on an invisible chair. Keep your back straight and both of your hands stretched outwards in front of you in order to maintain the balance.

The fastest way to trim your tummy and to lose fat is to combine cardio and resistance exercises with a sensible diet plan. In order to shed a pound of fat, you must burn 3,500 more calories than you take in.
